Pendragon has a long-standing history as one of the largest automotive retail brands in the UK. Founded in 1989 following the de-merger of Williams PLC, Pendragon has grown to represent 21 different vehicle manufacturers in the automotive retail sector.
Innovation is at the heart of our business and we remain committed to transforming automotive retail through digital innovation and operational excellence.
We operate over 160 sites across the UK under the brands of Evans Halshaw, Stratstone and CarStore, offering new and used vehicles as well as providing expert aftercare services.
We also provide innovative software solutions to the automotive industry through Pinewood Technologies, as well as fleet and leasing through Pendragon Vehicle Management and wholesale vehicle parts via Quickco.

Our Board consists of the Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chairman, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and four Non-Executive Directors.
